Welcome to ZORZI SOUTH. Relatively new to the South West Region, we have established ourselves in Dunsborough and surrounding areas over the past four years. The business is embedded in the prestigious family building tradition, established over several generations by Zorzi Builders. The company is renowned nationwide for producing homes of only the highest quality in craftsmanship and design. And we are now delivering this same highly exclusive, award winning quality to the South West through ZORZI SOUTH.

Zorzi Builders has twice been awarded the ‘National Residential Builder of the Year’ at the National Master Builders Association Building Excellence Awards. This level of recognition has been unequalled by any other builder in WA. ZORZI SOUTH has continued this tradition by taking out the ‘Best Country Home Award’ at the South West MBA Building Excellence Awards in 2008, followed by ‘Best Country Home Award’ at the MBA Bankwest Building Excellence Awards in 2009.

In 2010, we have stepped higher again by taking out an unprecedented 9 awards at the MBA South West Building Excellence Awards including yet again ‘Best Country Home Award’ all for one magnificent home on the waterfront in Busselton.

At ZORZI SOUTH we provide the complete ‘Turn Key’ Design and Construct service in which we will take you through the entire building process, including conceptual design and drawings, professional interior designers to guide you through your selections and assist with soft furnishings and finishes, complete with assistance to move in and install your finishing touches upon handover of your new home.
